You baggies already believe so many contradictory things. This interest is what will bring about margin calls, but also interest is really low, because even their lenders are in on it with them. DRS was supposed to remove shares from the DTC so that they wouldn't be able to do funny stuff with them or use them for lending for shorts, and yet your theory is that naked shorting is happening, and the definition of naked shorting is selling a stock short without first obtaining one on loan.
Also naked shorts don't pay interest.

Now I guess your main theory is just that "If we DRS the entire float then the price will go to infinity", when in reality it'll just be delisted, and the people who are selling set the price, not the people who are holding, since the price is just whatever the most recent share actually sold for.
