You'll probably be in the chair for a long time because you probably have crazy amounts of rock solid build up all over your teeth/gums, and your gums will be bleeding a lot. They'll also probably need some fillings, and you will have to go back again later for a "deep cleaning" which can only be done once you've got your first normal clean done.

But ever since I started going to the dentist as an adult (after not going for 10 years) I now have pretty autistic oral hygiene and brush/floss multiple times a day so when I goto the dentist only needs to spend like 2 minutes doing my teeth, and I dont bleed, and I dont have any issues. He basically just goes over them, quick clean, polish, and done.

Get a cheap tooth whitening kit and swish with the hydrogen peroxide solution for a few minutes a day. It will break up the tartar and staining so the dentist doesn’t panic and decide he needs to drill them all out. Also look up a tutorial on how to not floss like a retard.

The deep cleaning is a scam. Last time I had a cleaning I went to some chop shop type place because my regular dentist retired. They spent more time measuring my gums than anything else. You could see them get all excited as they called out the number for each tooth. It was like bare minimum to justify the deep cleaning to the insurance (which they declined to pay for anyway). They forgot to polish my teeth after the cleaning. Everyone who's ever had the deep cleaning says it hurt like all holy hell.

If you're a total poorfag, get in the habit of visiting a dentist once a year. Once you've figured out how to earn money, then step it up to every six months. If you're still young enough that you're under your parents' dental plan, for god sake get whatever cavities filled and wisdom teeth pulled that you need. Teeth cleaning is cheap, but operations aren't. Call around and find a dentist that doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Aside from that, just brush, floss, and rinse with mouthwash like you're supposed to.
