Link holders have not been right in the last five years. Do you really think this time they are? Do you really trust a group of bagholders who have done nothing but bleed long before the rest of the market started to bleed?

For me it's that I could have bought ETH at almost any point after a certain price and done better than LINK and been more up. Kind of depressing to think about really. An alt out performed by ETH

Niggers Bancor is offering me just over half my stack (((staked))) on there (1200 of 2300) I have the other 9K on my ledger. Do i take the deal and the dick in the ass or gamble for my whole stack by waiting?

Explain how exactly, look at the recent exodus.

>> No.49937277

I think if Bancor keeps building their V3 product, people will be coming back and regret taking the loss from not waiting. It's unfortunate these overleveraged lenders had to implode so close to the V3 launch and uproot their long time holdings all at once to try to save themselves. The Bancor 3 product is good, imo, just bad timing with the market conditions.

Their protocol is faulty to begin with, not to mention they've betrayed their users' trust by halting the ILP. Fuck Bancor, but I wouldn't be surprised if there are suckers who'd use V4(if there's one) because they're bloody idiots.
There Mark, your glimmer of hope.

I’ve been thinking about this stuff too. It’s kind of weird that Chainlink offers no statements on these things but I think I kind of get it. Chainlink will work with anyone to provide what they’re building but they can’t control all the risks that those other parties are taking. I think Sergey is kind of pro regulation in a way, although obviously in a way that isn’t completely oppressive to crypto, and having these major blow ups happen right at the start of all this is probably a good thing. We’ve all heard Sergey talk about past financial crises, I think in his mind he’s letting the crises play out in fact forward before things really get serious.

This, the same way oracles are being tested on DeFi in general before legacy enterpice use, have to work out the kinks. Chainlink is partnered with literally everyone
