It shits the bed during stressful market conditions. Experienced it firsthand when the latest dump happened, almost got liquidated in Geist. It took half a day for a transaction to go through and cost a ridiculous amount of FTM.
I believe the chain that doesn't suffer from congestion from time to time does not exist yet.
