Open a schwab, fidelity, or interactive brokers brokerage account. Preferably a roth IRA. Look up the ticker "EWC" then buy puts on it. Look for something cheap with a long term expiration date

Use leverage and short their housing sector. Banks and REITs too. These are most vulnerable sectors. The rest of the economy is not that bad.

Commodities and Energy are strong and will remain strong.
