Most important thing wpuld probably be reputation. If one person in a small community has a bad experience with your business, that shit will spread like a wildfire.

Its either doing something that is going to require working outdoors doing something people would rather not do themselves (dog walking, powerwashing, lawncare) something that requires some kind of specialized skill (sharpening and reprofiling knives, graphic design for local businesses, et cetera) or something that involves breaking the law (turn your home into a trap house, or get a junkie gf and manage her companionship appointments)

Just open a Computer/Phone repair shop. Shit really isn't that hard and can be picked up quickly but you'll have plenty of low attention span normalfag boomers, zoomers and millenials willing to pay far more than the work involved.

Build your own mixed use townhouses. First floor you rent out to some frilly business and the next four levels are rented out as residential. You could even combine first and upper floors as a better deal for the tenant. The only problem is that you need to get past retarded zoning board that only wants Walmart and single family homes.
