Yes, but it's going to be a long and slow process. The Russians (a commodity superpower) already stopped buying US Treasuries years ago and are beginning to make unilateral trade agreements with allied countries. The Chinese (a manufacturing superpower) has been slowing their purchase of US Treasuries for years now and are doing the same things as Russia.

The most likely outcome is a multi-polar world with multiple reserve currencies. The USD and Euro for the Oceana Bloc. The Yuan in the Eastern and Latin Bloc and the Ruble in the Central Asia and Latin Bloc (this is assuming the IMF & WEF doesn't win with their CBDC SDR instead).
