Shiller p/e is at +30 so the market as a whole is largely overvalued, that said the ratio isn't the end all.
NFLX has too much competition and does not have a competitive advantage over other services- especially once they roll out pay subscriptions with ads.
FB and GOOG may be undervalued, but the recession will impact growth across the board.
Furthermore, rising rates aren't great for growth stocks. Any modeling will have to factor in- heavily- the increasingly higher cost of equity. A recession will necessarily slow down growth as well. Valuations will be hit from both sides. While FB and GOOG may be undervalued relative to the current market conditions, I suspect that the recession and rates increase will necessarily reduce the value of these stocks.
