You shouldn't even need to be shilled on link, do some research on it and just ask questions to clarify.
The only bits I'll give you is it is a pet project of the WEF, then early staking paying 5% APY on real income already requiring 25M tokens to function for a single price feed when there are hundreds of price feeds and other services offered and CCIP hasn't even come out yet.
