Some rich assholes bought out my apartment complex. They are raising everyone's rent by over $200 a month. Currently paying $620 for a studio. This is going to be economically painful. On the bright side, the owners are from Scottsdale, Arizona so I will be helping to fund their lavish lifestyle. So it's good for them.

tell them if rent goes up a dime you will vandalize the place far more than your security deposit covers, concrete and oil down the drains. burning a kilo of hash in the living room, being a shit neighbor to get other tenants to move, hiding poop in the vents. there is no debtors court and even if they wasted thousands of dollars more in court to "force" you to pay for your damages, there's nothing they can do to take that money from you. furthermore you will squat and not pay rent for the roughly 4 months it takes for them to legally evict you, which will cost them far more in unpaid rent than they'd receive in a whole year from a rent hike.

it also helps if you're /fit/ and you can physically intimidate them while doing all of this
