The wagie isn't going to give a shit anyway, they only get in trouble if you scan your shit and then leave without paying for it. To delete it they have to record that someone left without paying. Although even that happens all the time and they still probably won't get in trouble. But if you're finished and nothing is on the screen at the end then they definitely won't give a shit. It's impossible to watch that many people at once anyway

I might had seen the first use of this in the world. It was in Brighton UK back in the early 2000s. I also thought it could be robbed but they only used it in the most expensive grocery stores and in a town with mostly wealthy people.

I guess robbery would be common in poor areas so it won't be used there without further checks.

What you have described is
>Banana Lunch Theory
Basically ensuring compensation for non contractual employment.

The term was coined by skilled trade contractors who would take advantage of self check out on lunch break. Bananas are usually the cheapest per pound item. So you load up on wings at the hot bar, and use self check out, ring hot bar item as bananas, to get a cheap hot lunch.
I outlined it in great detail on /pol/ should be easily found through archives.

>> No.49842658

I do this with any fruit or vegetable which have different types. Literally get the most expenive apples and then when I print my ticket for fruit I select the cheapest apples. Literally never been caught and must have gotten 100s of euros in free "premium" apples, tomatoes or whatever. Maybe even reaching the 1000s. Especially the "biological" variety of a fruit is sometimes 2 to 3 times as expensive as the normal one.

It's one big scam anyway as it are the same apples just a different sticker or marketing campaign. If I ever get caught I will just say I got the wrong type.

Ah yes your indie farm of your relatives compares to the products in nation wide supermarkets
Stop coping and believing you are actually getting biological products.

Even if you were right, the biological products are mass processed. They go through the same factory to get the stickers, packaging and what not. They end up in the same truck. So even if they are really "biological" there is so much cross contamination of bacteries of other apples, extra pollution touching them in transport that in the end it doesn't matter much.

If you aren't eating it straight from the tree there will be a MINIMAL difference.

What Im about to share you guys is the ultimate self-checkout lifehack

Every time you do self-checkout, you first scan all your items, you put them all in your bag, then you delete one medium cost item you can miss and you put it to the side, outside of your bag. Then you pay.

If they come and control your bag, and ask about the deleted item to the side you tell them "the bill was too high for what I can pay, so I had to remove one item, you guys can put it back right?" and they wont question it
If they dont come and control your bag, you pay, and you take the item and leave the store.

Works every time. Exceptionally failproof. You're welcome

You know how every once in a while you need a certain tool for something, but you only rarely need it so buying it is pretty much a waste of money?
Example:
Realized my PC was collecting a lot of dust so I ordered this 60 bucks automatic compressed air duster, keep the package and everything clean and completely intact. Clean out my PC fully with it, then send it back. Dont pay a dime.

Another example:
When you know a heat wave is coming up in a week or so, order some massively expensive high quality fan, use it for a week during the heat wave, send it back, dont pay a dime.
