Just squirt some liquid soap on the brush-end of the broom, chuck a bucket of almost-boiling water on the floor and broom all the water around the working area for a while and then towards and down the drain. Use several rolls of kitchen roll to dry the tiles afterwards. Best to do it right before the shift rather than afterwards so you can go home early with everyone else.
