Did the scamdemic ruin waging for anybody else? I actually didn't mind it too much before that happened, but that could've been Stockholm syndrome

>waging for like $13 an hour, but enjoy the job and boss leaves me alone
>suddenly entire company laid off, now getting almost twice per week on unemployment to shitpost and play video games
>enjoy the good life for like six weeks
>get called back in, was getting bored so didn't mind it (except less money)
>I'm not actually doing my job anymore, company got contracted to make gay face shields and now I have to stand in one place all day for less money, six feet away from everyone else
>realize how unbelievably happy I was not working, and that I had been miserable wageslaving
>quit after awhile of that, haven't lasted at a job longer than a few months since

I'm starting to think you can only get used to wageslavery once, and if you go too long without a job, you'll never be able to wage again.

Managers ruined waging for me
I left back in 2019 and have never looked back
I rather deliver door dash than work for someone else

>Work at Costco
>Few years of comfy laid back warehouse work
>Two years of scamdemic go by
>Work from home revolution
>Suddenly everyone and their mom has enough free time to visit costco, even multiple times a week
>Sales have gone up over 200%
>Huge influx of foot traffic
>Many younger, veteran hard workers have quit
>Management too tired or annoyed to stay organized, resulting in longer work days

They ruined my comfy retail job bros

Nah, first time wageslaving is the hardest. going back after a year of NEETing sucked, but not as bad as starting. Going back after a second year of NEETing was old hat.

I won't forgive it for costing my job. I had a really comfy one too, but they consolidated the company and the location I was at was sold
