More insane for the drivers. When i was 17 i delivered pizza. The owner gave 75% or 50% (depending on the total of the order) of the fee per order to the driver, plus the driver kept all tips. She considered it help towards gas/wear and tear/insurance. Good owner, who provided a good product. The police, Community, and Workers all enjoyed the restaurant.

The fact that some of these restaurants have high fees and give none of that to the driver is crazy to me.

I got something for myself last month, probably the last time I ever use Domino's. That's not mentioning that this is a common thing across all chains right now, Papa John's has the same prices.

But really, you should make your own Pizza. Buy some Sausages for like £4 and get 10 of them, you've got something for a good sandwich, something for dinner and then you've got toppings for a homemade pizza.
