Let's be honest guys, at this point it doesn't even matter what coin/token/alt/whatever you're holding. Because the truth is, crypto is going to be the future. The normies are coming. You think this current bullrun is big? Just wait until people hear that there's going to be fixed for BTC's current issues. Also, just wait until people start hearing that there's alternatives to Bitcoin. Just wait until the apps start to come out. Just wait for the business adoption. Just fucking wait.

AGAIN, it doesn't matter at all what crypto you're holding. This shit, all of it, is going mainstream and it's ain't gonna go anywhere anytime soon.

We're all gonna make it.

>it doesn't even matter what coin/token/alt/whatever you're holding.

Actually it does because a fuckton of them are going to go down to near zero in worth over time. Your hope that normies will somehow find and use altcoin exchanges is laughable

It will be made easily accessible to trade any coin/token/cryptoasset from one fucking iPhone app written by an intern from Cali. The easier we make it, the more money flows in.

This bull run has so many similarities to the 2000 tech bubble it's not even funny.

Tens of thousands of internet companies started up between 1995-1999 and 99% of them went defunct after losing 80-100% of their value.

All of these coins in the crypto ecosystem are a similar parallel.

I find it funny myself. Those of us who got in early know it's actually all a giant scam. I love seeing you new comers go to bat for those of us who created Bitcoin.

Steps in no particular order:
Invest only what you can afford to lose.
Do your own research; don't take other people's opinion on a coin/token/asset.
Back up your keys and shit.

Well, to be fair, that's kind of how investing works, crypto or not. Just waiting to fuck the next guy in line who buys in higher than you did.

The point is that we still haven't seen a fraction of the mainstream adoption that will occur.

Maybe long term.

I think we'll see a great crash again just like the 2000's bubble. It will be healthy for the crypto ecosystem as all the scams will die off. The Amazons and Googles of crypto will be able to shine.

Agreed, it definitely can happen. People will find the good tech in crypto.

I'm picturing a world where 12 year old Billy asks his grandpa for (x crypto asset) for his birthday, and (y crypto asset) is advertised to people on TV as a retirement medium. Things like that.

Basically. That's why I'm only going for a few of the top coins that actually have a lot of development going into them. I expect shit like ARK and ChainLink to completely be wiped out to sub 1 million market caps
