>On April 13th, the claim was challenged, and a dispute was created in the Kleros court. The cover policy clearly states that “[t]he policy begins after an initial waiting period of 10 days.” The claim was made for alleged “losses” which occurred in the first 28 hours of insurance purchase. Therefore, the policy had not begun since the initial 10 day waiting period had not elapsed, hence the premature claim must be rejected.
this seems like the nail in the coffin - regardless of what the policy would or would not of covered. so it seems justice was served, in the end. however im not sure as to how i should feel about significantly sized internal wallets interfering with a case

that policy did not exist at the time the insurance was purchased you retarded nigger, the claimant did not agree to those terms

nevermind then, leaves me with a lot to think about for kleros, could it be chalked up to the market being too unstable and kleros still too little - if one of these factors was different would it of affected the outcome? i can imagine jurors probably had things theyd consider more important going on throughout this whole thing. and if kleros was larger following general token logic we can assume interal bag size would diminish as public holdings increase.
there is a lot left to sit down and think on

>could it be chalked up to blah blah
It's chalked up to Clement controlling at least 25% of stake in the general court, and probably even more when you consider everyone under his sway at Kleros. It was mathematically impossible for 'accept' to win given the founders' gigantic whale stacks so everyone voted 'reject' because they didn't want to lose their money.

it may sound like cope, but i dont think that it spells the end of kleros becoming legitimate, it severly damages my trust in the founders but the project is continuing to scale

So glad I sold it the bottom at 9 cents. I might buy a couple make it stacks under a penny though. It’s over

This is something within the kleros design though. If a big whale votes clearly in their own self interest and against what most would consider just they'll be forked out. Don't think this is the case yet.

sure, the Kleros cooperative will fork out their own supermajority of tokens, lol

The community should if they care enough.
Just saying this attack has been thought of and can be dealt with.
Will it? I don't know.
