its a very uncertain period right now, if you look at several indicators like fear and greed and stoch rsi it says this is a good dip to buy
but on the other hand if the forced liquidations from whatever leveraged entity continue its watch out below
so right now we are in the high risk, high reward phase
like you i also couldn't take it anymore psychologically where the fomo kicked into overdrive
so i went in with 50% of my net worth and only plan to deploy the other half after this mess clears out, gets you covered in both sides

at this point the biggest factor isn't found in the graphs but its your own psychology
first know that before you make any moves
for instance look back at last cycle buying in at 6k in summer wasn't such a bad move with the knowledge we have of the graph today, but if you went full fear mode and sold in dec because your willpower simply broke and there were many that did then you just wipe yourself out
if you invest any money now you have be mentally ready for it to do another -50% and you not selling, if you have any doubts about yourself wait until this whole mess is over before committing money
