All I need is a 2 bedroom shithole (one for my office and one for my room) for under 1k a month. Why does this seem impossible now? How have prices literally TRIPLED in a year period? This extends even to my low population hometown.. All I need is a non-ghetto habitable area to sit at home and collect gibs. About to just start looking into getting myself in a program that helps with housing solely to maximize my monthly net

despite a jew real estate developer taking over my complex and jacking up rents 20% last year and 10% last month, it's still one of the cheapest in the area -- a true bargain at $1300/month. and i see more and more niggers moving in. i figure it's only a matter of time before there's (more) thefts or shootings.

truly I live in a city with a poor-people mindset. Everything is affordable, but also a little ghetto. A lot of the places can end up feeling like an extended strip-mall.
