My parents have told me i need to move out in the next 2 years to buy a property of my own (will be 27)

I have around £30k cash currently which will be £50k through salary savings by the time i reach 27. Anything i invest in now won't see returns in the next 2 years and i'll probably miss the next bull run. Am i fucked?

tell them you need more time, get a big loan that you need to keep paying off, and explain how you can't also pay a rent while you are investing

my dad kicked me out at 24 after charging me £500 rent to sleep on the couch count yourself as lucky faggot

>imagine not only being 27 and still living, but needing your parents to forcefully kick you out

It all makes so much sense why so many of you can't get laid.

Remind them that you get to pick their retirment home where the diverse staff will let them lie in a puddle of their own feces and urine for days at a time why they cry helplessly.

My parents bought me an apartment in the city when I was a kid and just rented it out until I turned 18 then made a huge amount of money selling it when I was 28 and had saved up enough to buy a house with my wife, as the apartment had appreciated like 1 billion % since they bought it.

They didn’t even charge me rent in the apartment.

For some reason people become feral aggressive and insulting when they hear this about me. I don’t know why I never hurt anyone. Both me and my parents made profit from it.

I am 29 years old and my parents love me and never asked for me to move out ever. Thanks mom and dad, I love you too.

Kek the eternal boomer would kill their own children for a vacation home. You're just a toy to them, like a boat, and now they're bored. How can they ask you to buy property? That was a luxury reserved for boomers.

I've posted this in other threads but I'm in the opposite position.
>Be 28
>Mom doesn't want me to move out
>When I moved out briefly a year ago she was super sad about it
>eventually I moved back in because it made no sense to live by myself when it just costs more money and is making my mom so upset
>Now she's much happier that I'm living at home with her

My older brother is 31 and he still lives here too, so I wouldn't expect her position on this to change any time soon.
It's pretty nice having a super supporting and loving parent (though the clinginess can get irritating at times and will be a problem when I do move out more permanently).
It's just nice knowing I can take as much time as I want to make sure all my ducks are in a row before I move out.

no
>do you have sex with your mother
god no, don't be fucking gross dude
>do you have a gf
not right now, I'm hoping to get one and am currently trying to date (my older brother gives me hope for this as he got his current gf at 29)

Some people's parents just care about them, you know, in a normal way.
