Let's say I bought some land in the mid west and I want to build a house ranging from a one person hut to a 4 bedroom home what would the minimum costs be with building such a home?

I am a clueless kissless virgin who barely leaves his room, but my guess is that the most expensive part is in getting all the infrastructure like water and electricity to your land and that the legal papers to be able to build all that most probably take a fuckload of time before you get the green light to actually start building.

Why don't you fuck off and come back when you have graduated high school and have a job.

I payed like 10-15k to build a home in Indonesia. Idk about USA. Prob less then 100k if you do most the work. Foundation well land prob can be done for Like 10-20k. Buy a boxable for 50k.
