Celsius fuck up - what to expect?

'sup /biz/, have been lurking here from time to time.

So, a good friend of mine has 1 btc locked in Celsius, which costs him ~ 36K euros to acquire. This may not sound a lot to many of you, especially burgerland Anons, but for him, it's ~ 3 years of income.

He went greedy; he went yolo; he fucked up. He is a bit depressed due to this, since his wife is about to give birth to their 1st child, and these money would have been of tremendous to them raising this child.

Now what can he do? Is there any class suit legal action being prepared anywhere?
Does he have a realistic % of getting back his 1 btc, ever? Or is it truly game over?
