check the ingredients on yeast, its just another synthesized stabilizer for shelf life now in all bread (last 10 years) that they insist cant be bad for us.
theres only 1 yeast seller who still sells yeast without it. before the thread was deleted for how I responded to a corporate shill some community members mentioned you can make your own yeast. I will never post to ck again for deleting that thread.
