No, that refers to when it gets full usage. There's no way a token could be lower than its fundamental value. Link still has a long way to plummet ($0.40 is roughly the bottom)

I'm one of the few people that have read both whitepapers and was here in 2017. Most of us didn't really think it would break two digits but the smart ones almost universally sold in August 2020 when it was massively overvalued. Unfortunately that was roughly the same time most current anons started buying, without any idea that the token was, and still is, massively inflated over its fundamental value. As a 2017 OG I may consider buying my original stack (30k) when the price goes under a dollar and selling it for another 10 or 20x next cycle but I have no delusions about the long-term value of LINK.
