It's gonna be 1% later this year and 2% next year for mortgages. Considering my bank gives me 1.8% + euribor, still better than Americans. But still sucks to pay extra couple of hundred a month.

Euribor is European interbank lending rate. Nothing to do with spanish. It impacts all European mortgage and lending rates.
