You are posting a derelict house

It’s cheaper to live with ma and pa

We don’t want to work

We have a high standard of living and for me for a starter home it’s in a gated community and $300k+. It’s either that or a Ted shed. I want nothing in between, like what you posted.

No. I'm an adult.
>I don't wanna work
Ok manchild.
>Mansion or ted shed
This is the ted shed route...
It's a little better considering there's someone who has lived there long term so it's therefore legally livable, but it's about the same price as any random land with a shed on it. Considering the time on the market I bet you could offer him 20k.

>BRO EVERYONE SHOULD WORK REMOTELY LIVING AROUND BROWN FATS AND HAVE NO CHILDREN
Retard. What you're suggesting isn't sustainable nor is it practical for most people. Sure, it is an optimal strategy to work 50 remote jobs and own several businesses that are fully automatic while also being homeless and eating out of a trashcan dying alone if you want to money max but that's no way to live.

Well it sounds like you've made your mind up already, go ahead if you want to live in a piece of shit house I don't care

Also how old are you

Also not a manchild, I have fought for years to grow myself and I wish I could be a full "man" but I'm not quite there yet. I'm 21

>most people
Most people are NPCs. That's why I'm posting this on biz and not reddit. I'm only suggesting you do this long enough to make it financially. Then you can have kids and find a woman and do all that fancy stuff. AFTER you make it.
>Browns
that town is 87.77% white. Most of smalltown america is vast majority white.

I live in relatively cheap area in puerto rico, so yes, I'm already doing it.
I'm 21, too.
The only job I ever worked was hard manual labor, so me too. I have wanted to move out ever since I was 13.

Oh that's why. Ok kek I live in a cheap state but even this doesn't compare to puerto rico I think. Good luck. For me though I can get the same house for 300k that someone in a non-flyover can get for 500k+

based

Same, I worked construction during the summers growing up and then went full time for 2 years before saying fuck that and going to college, now feeling burnt out in that too. Thinking of selling my crypto stack and going ted mode. Good luck anon

>Then you can have kids and find a woman and do all that fancy stuff. AFTER you make it.
I know this post is in good faith but it doesn't seem like good advice to tell young men to ignore women until they're 40 and then try to have kids. People are hardwired to have kids early and prolonging that just causes those kids (if you can even have them) to turn out fucked up.
>Most of smalltown america is vast majority white.
Even in the cases this is true, the places with houses you posted are usually in the parts of town with streetwalkers and nigs. Even ignoring that, most of small America has nothing to do. I'm not saying this in a "omg theres no le epic barcades or brewery's" but more in a "holy shit everyone here is on meth/coke to ignore how poor and fat they are and there's miles of road in all directions going nowhere" in the sense that theres nothing to do. I guess you could fuck coked out whores but that's not a life to live. I literally just got back from my home town that is just like that.

we're going to reach DTI levels never seen before at this rate.
in January 42% of homebuyers on government backed loans were at >=42% DTI
most are probably 25-33% tax bracket. imagine all those people spending 70%+ of their gross pay on taxes+housing. not even including utilities or food yet

That's something I've been looking at. With how crazy prices are anyone that bought in 22 is in debt up to their fucking eyeballs. And if gas becomes $10 a gallon and everything else inflates these people are going to be going bankrupt by the end of the year.

The canary in the coalmine is going to be a surge of consumer debt when people put every day expenses on credit cards because they don't have any cash in their bank accounts. Then you know you're gonna see some shit.
