I don’t think you can “cure” anxiety, but you can absolutely mitigate through exposure and a plan of action to confront it. I assume most people deal with some level of anxiety so your first question should be “What parts of me or my life are inhibited by anxiety?” and work specifically in those areas.

You can change anxiety playing games and such. I usually drain my shit and all of that on gmod, or vrchat talking to strangers or yelling at people.
But if i were to made some profit out of it, i´d try elysian, some kind of second life but with nfts, farming and shit.
