The volume on future exchanges is too low for any real dumping of btc + shorting co-action to be worth it. The amount of invested BTC to dump in order to make this happen is just too high in comparison.

They're probably going to short & dump for flash crash once derivatives volume gets big enough though. Most derivatives markets are massive compared to the underlying asset.
