I just can’t bros.
Last week, I bought my first Stepn Sneakers™ and I decided to start running to be more healthy and t h i n instead of t h i c c
But I’m not joking with this, I get tired pretty fast, I can't run three blocks without getting tired, and it's not tired of "huff puff I need to go slower", it's tired of “I feel like I'm going to have a heart attack”... I need help, urgently.

It's not about perfection, it's about improvement.
If you got sweaty and tired and short of breath: good. That will improve your health and your condition. It doesn't matter if that process took 1 minute or 1 hour. If you get yourself very tired let's say 2-3 times a week you will see improvement fast.

First of all, lose weight, running and being overweight will hurt you. Start eating healthy, this moment. Count calories if you have to. 2 meals a day, each 1k calories tops. No snacks. Lose some weight, and start running, it will take some time, when i started i was just like you, could barely run for 2 blocks. Warm up first, just fast walk for 5-10 minutes. After a month you will run for 10 minutes no problem. Good luck.
