These have never once proven to be bead pieces of advice. I have convinced my boss to drop a profit stream because it was too much work and explained 80 20 to her. After years of being a manager where I am the place is so smooth and stream lined and we can actually take on big shit very easily. Sunk cost has proven great for getting people I work with off dumb shit and get them on something better. It's all been very useful.
