Quit my job go full time portfolio managing - nothing high frequency, a mix of real estate, bonds and crypto (mostly defi passive plays). Really you could just lock some funds into a DAO and build a community in the best area with the best weather and construct a massive housing community.

The community could also run a node to pay for upkeep instead of HOA dues, and members would stake x amount of link to live there.
At the end of the day you’re only talking about a couple thousand of us who have more than 10k link, so a small town or county could serve as the place to buy the land and build the homes.
