In a NFT bull market. Right now nobody is buying and the volume is drying up.
You need a good gimmick (NFT reveal, opening) Now there are a lot of NFTs in the ICP market and not everything is automatically pumping. Even Martian Drip with connections to pretty much who is who is struggling hard.

You need something unique people want to gamble on. Also you need very low supply in these times.

for supply, I'll only have 1000 and they'll be sold for cheap (I'm thinking 2 ICP), so I think I'm OK on that end.
the NFTs will also be part of a larger ecosystem I'm building, with another collaction and currency, so I hope that will be enough to convince people to buy.

But you're saying I should wait for the bear to end?
Right now, ICP seems to be THE place for NFTs. There aren't many projects yet, so visibility is very high for new projects, and ICP tokens are almost worthless so people are willing to spend them on random shit.
Maybe in 3-6 months the space will be overcrowded like on Solana or EVMs.

Though maybe by then, another chain will be in that sweetspot.
Maybe Elrond or Tezos?
