Selling privatized gene data flies under the radar of most people, it's not "muh financial revolution", neither being compliant with EU's data privacy laws, but more and more entities need efficient data processing without breaching customer confidentiality, and this is the only L1 that allows this now. While it has barely any use for an individual person, it's a solution to so many upcoming issues for businesses and researchers, that it'd be criminal not to hold a small bag.
