Yeah I learned the hard way when I first paid my student loan and had probably $2000 in the bank.
Litrally had a friend who hated my guts after that because he was spending $50 a week on booze, living in an area he couldn't afford and had financed two cars he didn't even need.
Alot of people are just low impulse control jelous aholes.

Keep in mind I was only making about $30k a year at the time.
