Basically yes. But BTC is absolutely going lower than 25k (possibly much lower) so why buy now? Alts are going to get knocked down by many percentages. That said BTC can still tiny pump a little bit first yet again, in the short term.

The Stoch RSI stays bottomed out for a long time each real bear market, roughly 270 days. While the Stoch RSI stays bottomed out, the price continues to go lower, then crab. Then when the Stoch RSI begins to rise a bit, over a certain point (not exactly the same point each time), the price starts going up.

if u use normal stochs and put d on 3 and smoothing on 6 it works way better. last 2 bear markets got into bearish control zone and crossed up and that was the bottom. it works well on many timeframes tho
