Start looking for a new job, continue doodling, document any talkings to you get, continue making overtures to wanting to unionize the office (you have been doing that, haven't you, anon?); if they fire you, hit up a lawyer to sue for retaliation. Or really any thing where you were experiencing a hostile work environment for a protected reason (are you lgbt? Autistic (documented)? Etc).
