Here's a couple ideas that I've thought about:

>used book arbitrage.
there's an app you can get where you scan barcodes of books that will immediately tell you whether its profitable or not. plenty of places sell piles of old books for pocket change. Flip on ebay.
>notary public
become a notary and signup with a signing company. drive to a place and notarize mortgage papers for ~$200.
>get a remote job and hire a filipino virtual assistant to do it for you.
get some remote menial data entry job that pays $35k/year. Hire a flipino VA for $800/mo to do your work, and pocket $1,500/mo after tax.
