Their obvious desperation as of late raises a lot of red flags. Even before Luna collapsed a lot of people speculated that Celsius took peoples stablecoins, converted them to UST and staked on Anchor for 19% yield so they could pocket 10% while paying 9% to their own customers.
It's a brilliant scheme and would have been an infinite moneyprinter for them, if not for the fact that Luna/UST/Anchor was a ponzi scheme.

So there is a very real possibility that they got caught in a bad position with Luna/UST and could go under
