Is it just over for me?
Spend my teens and early 20s as a hermit trading shitcoins.

Now I got a job and can talk to people, but I still don’t have game. Still sitting my freetime in my room.
Given everything is so transactional and no guidance anywhere, am I fucked? Lost my ways to get socialized like other kids, now the Train left and that’s it?

If you really think you're missing something just force yourself into social situations and learn on the fly. Go outside by yourself, visit a concert of some band you're a fan of, get high/drunk if it'll make it easier for you and just have fun on your own. Girls can sense that and will engage you or give you a chance to engage them. Unless you're unattractive, admitted it'll be much harder then, but you'll still have fun and grow desensitized - which is the end goal. You can read some self-help books on social cues and body reading, depending on what kind of person you are it can help you or just make it harder since you'll overanalyze. Just don't wail in sadness and desperation if you want to change your situation but act. Good luck, many people were/are in your shoes. Just gotta invest time into changing it like you did into shitcoin researching.
