The uniswap is wanatha, that's just to get tokens to unwrap.
It's a token that officially hasn't even launched yet so no one has reason to buy the wrapped version unless you want to VC this early.
Just wait and research the project and only buy when it's finished it's app 2.0, network upgrade, and announced it's partnerships in full detail with visa and otherwise.
