I've had an opportunity to work with a project, which has been developed by jeets (and from which their outsourcing company got booted due to severe quality/performance/security issues) and it seems that they can only nigger-rig some wonky shit from whatever they can find on google's first page of search results.
There is a clear reason why western companies would deal with them, and that is to get code written for cheap, and avoid "wasting" six figures per developer, as they would have to in the West. But there is also a reason, why you can't find programmer in the West willing to work for scraps - quality is scarce, and scarce things tend to cost quite a bit.

This. On the whole they are fucking awful. One of my favorite coworkers I've ever worked with was a pajeet, but there's always going to be exceptions. I'm working with a few pajeets in my team right now and it's honestly pushing me close to quitting, I'm getting so sick of talking to them, saying the same things over and over and they just don't fucking get it. One of them has spent months on the same fucking thing with literally no progress. I've spoonfed them exactly what they need to do, but nothing gets done day in and day out. It's absolutely insane.

Horror story time.
An Indian engineer that we outsource to was given a simple task of going through our logs to identify errors and subsequently fix them. There was this one API resource that is throwing Bad Request error at least 50times a day.

You know what the dev did? Instead of asking the team which client is responsible for firing off these bad requests, he decided to remove the validation logic. That would have caused a 5xx error later on in the code. So, that just proves to me the fucker didn't even test his own changes.

This is my first experience working with an outsourced Indian team. It seems like their culture is to pump out a solution that singularly fixes the description of the ticket without a regard of the system as a whole.

Another dev from that team submitted a change where it performs a database call within a static function. I told him please don't use static functions as it is generally bad practice and even sent him an article on why static methods are bad.

He came back the next couple of days to "discuss" why and even brought the manager from their side into meeting. I told them flat out this is wrong. You have stateful behaviour in your static function and it's going to be non-deterministic nightmare when you need to debug it.
