All of you should kill yourselves. Your life has no purpose. You are disposable as a man. If you are not rich you are worthless. You exist to work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work. When you are not working you are worthless. When you are not working you will be starved. When you cannot work anymore you will die, and your grandchildren will feel more sad about grandma dying than you.

> RENTKEK COPE
bought a house for $400K in spring 2021 with crypto gains. comparable houses in the area sold for $580K last week. still not inventory, prices still going up. Apple and Google opening campuses in town. Epic games building headquarters 5 mins walk from house. Easily will be $1MM by 2028. Have cash to buy another house if housing market tanks but historically housing only goes up and up despite interest rates. In 90 years, there has been a -20% housing crash ONCE. ONCE in 90 years and 2006-09 prices are dirt cheap now so whoever bough is in huge profit.

Only landlords and speculators give a fuck about being underwater. As long as you don't plan on selling and you have a stable job you will be fine. Less property tax too
