Save up for a down payment on a large property. Stick a tiny home on it. Turn it into a mini solar farm. Get some beehives, chickens, a goat or two and a well dug. Grow veggies and fruit trees. Plant indigenous berries throughout the less developed sections of land to attract wildlife. Mine crypto off solar, brew mead from honey and berries. Probably would be growing weed along with both edible and psychedelic mushrooms. Also I would be distilling liquor, get a methanol generator for the heads and charging battery banks off of it.
I would probably let the $4000/mo grow for a year while I worked, would work out to a whopping $97,000 after taxes start up capital, minus my living expenses for the year.
I'd need to get lucky on the land purchase and find one of those 0 money down tiny home leases/prefab cabin finance deals.
I think I could profit off of selling mead and honey if I was able to focus on it full time. My mead is tasty.
