If the Ethereum PoS merge fails (every PoS chain has had issues or is trash) is there an opportunity for another PoW chain to usurp it?

Every single thing we value uses or used alot of energy to create.
Pos violates literal physics of value.
Ethereum will never be pos.

I know Avax, Solana and harmony have had issues. Only one I don't remember having issues was BNB but that is mega centralized.

The debt that fuels dollars is everyones labor which is a massive energy expenditure.

Dollars can be created out of thin air, unlike Bitcoin
Ergo, your argument is wrong

its the modeled assumed predicted productivity per capita in the future. Its gambling with everybody being leverage

Im not, thats how the fed creates dollars, someone is assuming the debt, you are wrong.
Also in so far as you are "right" dollars inflation has caused its "value" to decrease more than 99% in these than 100 years.
Its closer to pos than pow which is why its failing, if it costs nothing to create then its value goes to zero.

Polygon is already a PoS chain and it's working fine.
