WFH is just an extension of the same lifestyle that created simps, coomers, and high-school shooters. If you're being a whiney cuck who makes demands about WFH instead of going into the office and focusing on productivity, you have nothing to complain about when you get laid off in the next few months when the recession hits. We all talk about you behind your back in the office, and we all think you're weird.

I agree that it's bad in the sense that people are becoming less socialised, virtually every person alive needs positive social environments to feel happy. It's rare for a person to not want to be part of any kind of social group.

A lot of office environments are trash though, so working from home is good for the average person's wellbeing in my opinion. It's terrible for middle managers, who rightfully feel redundant. In a recession, they will be the ones to go, as long as they aren't buddies with the guy above them.

Odds are if you were in a decent social group where you were accepted you'd feel a lot happier. Genuine schizoids are incredibly rare. Socialising is fundamental to human happiness and self-worth.

Schizoids don't come on 4chan. 4chan is just riskless no-stake socialising.

Why is the CIA spamming the board with these threads? You fed types are all alike; immensely stupid and lazy (by which I mean you use spam bots for everything). This board is so deep into the NEET lifestyle, you'd have an easier time selling the Eiffel tower to a Parisian hobo. Plus, most have been unemployed/WFHing for years now. You gags would do better if you realized your actual target is reddit because:
>They listen to your bullshit
>They haven't been doing this for as long as this Mongolian cave paintings forum has
>They are retards who can easily be pressured into anything

Seriously, just go to the knock off version of 4changs and try to convince people there to shoot up a school or something, you guys are seriously incapable of doing any real psyop here.

What’s funny is they call themselves WFH chads lol. Chad isn’t sitting at home hunched over his gaming chair in his living room monitoring slack alerts and updating tickets about his updates to the code, chad is in the office shooting the shit with managers, talking about last nights game, getting FaceTime with the big dogs and grabbing Stacy from accountings ass (something that would get wfh incels fired but makes her blush and forget about her boyfriend as he is a potential work husband). If your entire job can be done from home it can be done by an Indian for 1/3 of the price. No one cares if there’s more bugs as long as they have one sperg stateside to fix it all.

we literally just fired scores of indians and Philippinos to pay stateside devs more money. the vp specifically mentioned quality of code improvements.

I am the only one who actually enjoys going to office?
I am much more productive there, so I don't feel guilty for procrastinating. Plus, since I am a loser with no friends, my colleges are pretty much the only social interaction I get

The good part about WFH is to not have to play emotional support for all the emotional welfare cases who need to pester everyone with their “social, outgoing, extrovert” personalities. The biggest reason not to go back to the office is the people who want you back in the office. They are leeches, and they have noticed that their productivity is down by a lot, especially comparatively, when they can’t get other people to do their work for them (“hey, could I just quickly ask you for some help with this - be a team player!”) and when those other people are able to focus on their own work.
The truth is WFH has revealed how about half the workforce is totally redundant and never did anything for the companies they work with. It’s very clear who they are, it’s the people who have a hard time WFH. Company productivity is going up left and right when we don’t have to carry the extroverts. We’re entering a new era where it will be seen as economic suicide to set up an office where extrovert parasites can leech on your productive employees.

At my old workplace, my "normie" coworkers barely talk to each other at work. When they do, the topics are always about movies, games, and sports. Team bonding is a joke. There was never any team bonding. After moving from working at the office to working at home, productivity remained the same. What's the point of even going to the office?
