Ever heard of primal base? It was a ICO launched on WAVES. It failed.
It's not a new feature.
Masternodes - You can already lease your waves coins with the liteclient. Leasing your wave coins for annual dividends works pretty much the same as Master node or secure node for private centric coins.
Breeze wallet I haven't looked into it.
