DIVO primarily gets its yield from dividends. It does sell some covered calls, enough so that the combined yield of premiums and divvies equals 5%. Therefore, there is still a lot of room for the companies not only to grow in price, but t raise their dividend (at around 10-20% a year). Best combo of yield and yield growth, in my opinion.

JEPI does covered calls on low beta stocks. They pay a pretty good dividend. The dividend is higher, but it won't grown as much as DIVO. They also have a lower management fee. That said, the returns seem to be similar to DIVO in anycase.

Series I delivers inflation protected income. The yield is almost 10%, and since it is US government issued, virtually risk free. It is inflation protected, so the yield should grow as inflation rises. Main drawbacks are that it there is a 10k cap per person to invest in, and that you can't use margin or option strats like you can with the etfs.

If you use margin and options (eg sell naked puts on DIVO and JEPI to get paid to buy the dip), then the etfs are better. Otherwise, just max out your limit on Series I bonds before getting into etfs
