We don't know the amount of fee burning they will do.
We don't know how many coins they will sell or burn.
We don't know what they are planning with their state channels.

I am bullish on it and can't imagine they screw this up, but with these many unknowns any price prediction is pointless. I think they will do extremely well considering all they have shown so far and who they are. That's why I am comfy.
