I'm trying to get a job every day. I even applied to mcdonalds and they don't fucking want anythign to do with me. I have 4 years previous experience at a bank that laid me off during the pandemic and a bachelors degree (which isnt anything to brag about but w/e)
I cannot get a job to save my life. I honestly think the people talking about how easy it is to get a job are all bots or live in a very good area. I don't see this shit at all where I am in the UK.

There are upsides to living in a country like this but they are few and far between. I can't even get a tradie job, nobody is hiring im surprised the country is still functioning honestly. You are right, I got my bank job because I set my religion to Jewish. Not kidding around here. I done it as a meme because the job wasn't something I thought I was skilled enough for and I managed to get it.
What was interesting was, in the building there were lots of women, ethnics and people with strange disabilities. There was even a dude with some skin disease and a girl with Waardenburg Syndrome which is a 1 in a million disease. There she was at my workplace, funny how that works.
The job was scummy as fuck too, lots of weird shit going on at that place, wouldnt be surprised if it was a money laundering scheme.
I felt like Truman when he accidentally goes into the building and sees the camera crew and stuff, I was not supposed to be there at all and I think thats why they laid me off.
