Why do people buy BTC?
If you bought right now and by some insane miracle it hit 100k in the next minute, you'd barely make over 3x your investment.

Because is the only coin that would never suffer a great loss.
Imagine buying FTM, CAKE or even LUNA 3 to 6 months ago.
A loss of 90% or worse, in the case of LUNA much much worse. BTC fell a lot, but not as much as alt coins.
