I think meme coins are more kind of cyclic than for holding especially with the current market. As in people hear about them and they buy and then most of them leave again not long after so the price just keeps going up and then down back to where it started and then flat for weeks sometimes and then up again the next time it's mentioned somewhere and then down and then flat for weeks again etc. So not really pump and dump but similar.
